Should a space become free we will call you to see if you want to fill it.

Policies

Scheduling -Appointments are preferred. If availability permits, we are happy to accommodate
walk-in clients.  However most services are booked several weeks in advance.
Late Arrivals
Late Arrivals - If you are not able to make your appointment time and will be more than 15 minutes
late, we will do our best to accommodate you, however, it may be necessary to adjust your service
or reschedule you. 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.

Cancellations - Your appointment at LUSH is scheduled specifically for you.  Should you need  to
reschedule or cancel your appointment, a 24 hour notice is required.  All services rescheduled or
cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service(s).

Children - In order to create a relaxing environment for our customers, we cannot accommodate
children.

Gift Certificates - Gift Certificates may be redeemed for services or retail products.   Please
advise us that you have a Gift Certificate when making your appointment, gift certificates must be
presented at time of appointment and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.  Gift certificates may not
be redeemed for cash value.
