Booking Appointments - All appointments for salon services are to be guaranteed with a credit
card.
Cancellations - Due to the overwhelming demand for Lush services, many Guests await their
chance to book an appointment due to cancellations. Therefore, we require a minimum of 24 hours
notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Guests who fail to honor this policy will be charged
100% of the cost of all services booked.
Children
In order to create a relaxing environment for our customers, we cannot accommodate children.
Late Arrivals
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be
responsible for full service fees. To insure that you receive the full length of your service, we suggest
that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
Cell Phones & Pagers
Out of consideration for our guests, we suggest that cell phones and pagers be turned off or muted
during services.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates may be redeemed for services or retail products. Please advise us that you have a
Gift Certificate when making your appointment, gift certificates must be presented at time of
appointment and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for
cash value.
